Using free plan useless short images and only 20 reviews to show. Your executive sandy conveyed the same when asked for more reviews to show and bigger image. But you charged me for premium plan. What are you doing are you fraud or what?
We regret to hear about your recent experience. As partners with the app, we don't have any control over the initiation or amount of charges. These are handled by Shopify's billing system in accordance with their terms and conditions. We only receive a portion of the value through a separate agreement with Shopify as app partners. There seems to be a misunderstanding, but rest assured, we have proactively credited your app account. This means you can continue to use our app even without being charged. Additionally, we have raised the review limit per product to 1500. We always value our clients' feedback and strive to meet their needs. As one of our esteemed customers, you certainly deserve this.
