I was not able to setup the app, contacted support and they set up everything for me even including some customisation. Very happy with the app and my customers are too!

At first I had some problems with integration, but their amazing support team solved all the problems pretty quickly. The app does exactly what you would expect. Definitely recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was struggling with the install at first and contacted the product team to assist, they have been OUTSTANDING ever since! They replied quickly and implemented every change I asked for in a timely manner, as well as patiently waiting for my response which was delayed at times. I have other expensive site plugins that don't provide half the support HulkCode has. I will be exploring their other apps!

I downloaded this app for having photos in my reviews and because it was free. There were a couple bugs that prevented some of the functions working with my site. However their customer service was PHENOMENAL! They helped me solve all my bugs and even went above and beyond to create a theme that would make this app work! Truly amazing and once I need to upgrade I will do it with them for sure!

By far the best free app that allows photo uploads with reviews. Being a maker of custom products, this was super important to us to allow our customers to post photos of their orders with their reviews. I had a question about enlarging the photos and customer service was extremely fast & responsive and got everything worked out for us. We use a couple other HulkApps brand apps and they're great, too!

4.5/5 (can't give half stars here apparently) So far so good. No one has uploaded a photo in their review yet, hoping that it stays good when they do. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to alter the layout code to get the app placed just where I wanted it, so I wrote to the Hulk Apps support team asking for directions on how to do this. They requested to get in to my Shopify Admin and took care of it overnight for me for no charge. That's service!

Great features, but it looks terrible on the product page (grid view might be ok if your background color is white?). I loved the fact that I was able to change the star color, and to switch from stars to hearts. But that was it. When there aren't any reviews, the layout looks fine in grid view, but awful in list view, because, instead of being centered, the "No Reviews Yet" text is on the far left, while the "Write a Review" button is on the far right. Things only go downhill once reviews are actually added. In list view, it looks like three separate reviews: the name, a vertical line, the text, a huge space, and the image. In grid view, it appears in boxes on a white background (instead of integrating into the page background), and you have to press "read more" to see any images, which kind of makes the image integration pointless. I like the price, but I would rather pay for something that actually looks good than get something for free that will ultimately drive away sales.

I have to say the support team is wonderful! I’m still new to Shopify and I was having an I issue getting the reviews to show on a few different pages in my store, I wrote to the support team of this app and they resolved my issue quickly! The sent me screen shots and links of the work done. I highly recommend this app! 23.07.2021. Once Again I changed my store theme and they once again fixed the reviews in my store to make them show where I want them! Great app with even better customer service!

Had trouble installing the review section onto my website (simplicitybeaute) & Heena was such a great help. Very quick response and installation! The app interfacing is nice & I really like that this app is free and customers are able to add photos with their reviews.

I already have the Review App on my product line (chocolates) and wanted to have it on my homepage aswell and asked support if they could do this and within a few hours it has been done perfect just what I wanted. Thank you Support great turn around. SECOND REVIEW I updated my theme (Loft) and for the life of me I could not work out where my reviews had gone, I finally gave and ask support for help and Mirza came to my rescue and fixed my issues gave me some notes and a video and he also enabled all my other Hulk Apps for me I can’t thank him enough. Hulk’s Support Team are the best. Thank you
