I am willing to give 6 stars, this is the extra one.Worked 2 times and haven't worked since. Everytime I try to import some reviews for my products, using their template mind you, it says "Make sure your CSV file matches the format of this sample CSV template" and not tell you exactly why. So I checked the form myself many times and didn't find the problem。Waste of time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After several installation attempts, it still doesn't work. I'm unable to add it in my website even after using different themes.

Horrible App...You mean to tell me Shopify can't create an app that loads itself? Instead they expect us to download this archaic app and we have to place it in the back end..and when you do it barely even works. Shopify developers suck!

I give it 1 star because I can’t give 0 I installed and I couldn’t even finish, is not user friendly and is very complicated to import reviews. REALLY BAD

This is the worst platform I have ever used. They do not provide any support on how to improve, and they do not know how to conduct business.

I wanted to have a review tool that would fit well in my website. When I installed this tool and it worked, I was thrilled. But there are 2 points that are seriously missing here: 1. no photos can be attached. 2. it is useless in the EU, because the authenticity of the rating cannot be checked. Too bad, but the thing is useless like that.

All I wanted was a page with reviews that I could add to my navigation. This is not it. I could care less about Product Reviews. I wanted Store/Shop reviews.

Installed the app but I only see one review! Just one. The settings are set to default so I don't know why it only show one review. I need help to fix this.

Broke my website, don't use this horrible app. Also, way too broken in regard to other apps. Very disappointed.

Fails to setup, so what's the point of this? Tried installing a dozen times, using various browsers...

garbage app. Worked a few times and haven't worked since. Everytime I try to import, using their template mind you, it says it's unable to find the product. I've used different products over and over to see if it'll change anything but it doesn't. Looks like I'm going to have to contact myself into yet another subscription-based shopify app. Waste of time.

Stopped working, asking to enable cookies (they are enabled) in 2 different commonly-used browsers. Needs an upgrade yesterday.

First, try using a different browser from the two you tried originally. You should be asked to accept cookies for the app once you attempt to open it. You can also try using a private viewing browser to view the app without any cookies so you can accept them for the app. I also have some additional steps for the Chrome and Safari browser for you to try in order to unblock cookies for these browsers. To do this on Chrome, please follow these steps: Enter "chrome://settings/content/cookies" in your browser's URL bar and hit "enter". Then, make sure the "Block third-party cookies" option is disabled, and no other Shopify URLs are showing in the blocked settings. On Safari, follow these steps: Click "Safari" in your browser's menu. Click "Preferences" and select "Privacy". Under "Cookies and website data" ensure "Block all cookies" is not selected. Doesn't work. Tried to import reviews exactly as in the template and it kept not working. Seems full of bugs.

Really bad. There is no way to send out messages to customers to leave a review. The only way to leave a review is if they come back to the shop and go back to the product that they purchased which nobody does unless they are going to buy again....and again they don't leave a review. Really bad app design. It needs to be improved!

I've gone ahead and made the developers aware of your feedback, so they can consider adding the functionality of sending reminder emails to customers in the future. In the meantime, I recommend adding some wording to your order confirmation emails to remind customers to provide product reviews. You can also add this messaging in newsletters you send out, too.
