The widget is quite easy to use, but there is a significant drawback - I cannot use the translation to another language, because after filling in the fields in the form of "{{ 'products.reviews.customer_reviews' | t }}" I got pieces of code on the page. Also, I can't otherwise modify the widget view to automatically filter the reviews based on the shopper's language and load the reviews into the html of the page so that the reviews are indexed (I think I need this).

the app lets you share your site reviews on Facebook and Twitter but not on Instagram... why not? Instagram is the most popular one.

Op zich is het een prima app maar het zou mooi zijn als je eerst de geschreven reviews ziet en dan pas de optie schrijf je review. Nu moet de klant een heel stuk naar beneden scrollen om uberhaupt de reviews te kunnen lezen. Dat willen ze vaak niet! Moet in 1 oogslag te zien zijn. Opmaak van de app mag ook wel wat professioneler. Veel te grote lettertype! En veel te veel ruimte om een review te schrijven en de geschreven reviews zijn daarin tegen hele kleine lettertype en vallen daardoor helemaal weg!

As this point of time, the jQuery used is 1.12.4 instead of jQuery 3.6.1. URL: https://productreviews.shopifycdn.com/assets/v4/spr-0e683603bfa450170bff33e7fbad64e7dfe9585e1caeb951bbe283e5a2306523.js Support said that they are unable to edit or update this url (https://productreviews.shopifycdn.com/assets/v4/spr-0e683603bfa450170bff33e7fbad64e7dfe9585e1caeb951bbe283e5a2306523.js) to revise/patch the jQuery version. It seems that the jQuery version of an application in use includes medium risk vulnerabilities that should be reviewed and addressed.

Great for a beginner or new store, but way too basic once you begin to get decent sales. Biggest issue is not automated email requests. You have to manually ask customers to review your product. The second issue is the way the reviews display on the product page. You have to click the + button to see the reviews. To write a new review, you have to educate your customer and manually send them a link to find the product they bought and then they have to click on the + that is hidden at the bottom of the page. Way too much of a drag and multi-step process for customers to be willing to go through. The positive is that it is easy to export reviews to another app. I've used Yotpo and JudgeMe since and love both.

I have changed themes and it no longer works. Tried to speak to customer service but they didn't know how to fix the issue. Please can someone help me.

Great app.....except why oh why is there no provision to setup automated reviews request email. I huge oversight! Please fix.

it works fine with very basic settings. I exported (without any problems) all my reviews of my shop www.glueckskind-shop.at and then imported to a more commonly used app by a 3rd party with much more settings. happy now. Agnes from Glückskind

I liked it when it worked properly. Now, reviews are there even when the review is deleted and it says "no reviews" on the product page.

I tried to fix the issue that on the desktop version the review appears on one side of the screen by deleting and downloading it again but it doesn't work. Can this be fixed?

App worked well but now appears to be broken with 404 error. Have deleted for the time being. Hopefully it will be fixed. Update: After being in touch with support the app is now working, but only if using a browser other than safari.

When editing the code, I need to open the "product-template.liquid" file from the "Sections" item on the screen. But I can't find the file name. How should I do? Thank you.

If you're using an Online Store 2.0 theme then you will be able to install the reviews app into your store directly through the theme editor, as opposed to just installing it via the theme's code. It is a great app. However, it will be greater adding a uploading pictures function. Thank you for the amazing app.

The app is terrible now after 2.0 came out. When you leave review the stars are not showing correct. I pay 80$ monthly and basic things like this is not fixed what are important for the business.

what a pity! The app works well but the settings are basic and can't be modified. for instance, unlike this review, my customers have to add a review title...why? also you can't change font sizes and they are sooo tiny and looks a bit of a mess.

I used it for a while, and it doesn't seem to be able to post images for comments, which makes the experience degraded all of a sudden

Easy enough to use, it's free, but you have to specifically enable and not block any cookies in your browser to avoid the 404 error so many people are seeing. Otherwise you cannot view the ratings. Other apps don't have this issue so I don't know what's up with this one. Additionally, you can show blank stars with no ratings on the product pages but not the collection pages, so if you show your reviews on the collection page it looks weird with some products having reviews and others being blank. Finally, you cannot reply to reviews, which is a little frustrating. Why can we not just have this review system that I'm using right now? Will change my review if these changes are implemented.
