To be honest, the APP is so terrible. I have to "Import reviews by CSV file" and a series of complicated operations, instead of importing reviews by URL.

It is an excellent tool for help. Very handy to use with several useful options that help in selling products. It is a must have for having a store.

I used this app for 2 years, and recently I design to get a new one but have no idea why every time I tried to import reviews from other customers, the system keeps noticing me it's invalid data. I tried to contact the CS, didn't get feed back

Loved this app. It was the perfect addition for my store and it was very easy to instal and use. I would recommend.

Easy to install and helps that it's linked to shopify so that you get immediate help with any issues rather than submitting a request and waiting for the app supplier to get back to you. Allows unlimited transfer in of existing reviews so I changed from an app charging $20 to this one. Quite basic and doesn't allow customers to upload images but 99% of customers weren't leaving images anyway.

Ok... i have to say that i have been looking around for another app. But dude... this is the must simple to use. And I LOVE SIMPLE STUFF. Yes it needs the photo review capability. Crap ... but is free and for that price you still deserve a five star. So here it is. Catch it!

Buena aplicación que cumple lo que dice en la descripción. Le falta que el cliente pueda subir fotos. Si lo agregan sería genial. Mi enhorabuena por crearla gratis

Photo Reviews are missing! Please Add this feature! Most of the other Apps have it already and it creates much more trust if people can upload photos.

The app was great until I outgrew it and uninstalled it - it has left code behind and despite raising this with the Shopify help team, and following it up, I still haven't received any support to remove the residual code over 1 month after raising the issue. If this was a third party app, Shopify's attitude would be very different. I'm very disappointed with the lack of support.

So far I like it very much! I would like it if it offered the opportunity to post images. But it's great otherwise because it has a gentle quality to it.

Simple and clean reviews app with the ability to import, export, and reply to reviews. There are plenty of alternatives with more features and functionality, but being as how this is app is made by Shopify I am surprised to see that it does not work with Shopify Flow. It would be nice if the two Shopify products worked together so we could automate notifications of poor reviews.

This is a great app easy to install and tweek the settings to get the right look on my page. I would definitely recommend.

I used this app for reviews, it is working quite well, the best would have been to have a photo option where clients could upload pictures...

So far, I love it! Hit a snag trying to insert the code into the product description, but, the customer support helped me out. Now my products have started receiving reviews. Thank you!

I put the code into the product description, but it made it visually look really bad. I would like other options of places to put it and change the visual presentation of it.
