Destroyed the formatting on my product pages when someone reviewed a product. I uninstalled but couldn't get rid of the product reviews already created, so had to delete the products and recreate them again. Another mess of an app that does more harm than good - 0 stars if possible

Cool app, simple and easy to turn on. But I need to integrate translation system in that app (text in form, placeholders etc) but can't find and access to the source code. Any ideas ?

Good. But why are you guys lazy loading jquery when a copy is already there on the website? Its unnecessary performance cost on the website.

Super unhappy with that app and the customer service. We're using this app since two years - everything was fine, until we changed our theme this january. Since then our customers aren't able to leave reviews - we are loosing trust in our products. Reached out to the customer service and William answered 2 times. We are now waiting for their help and answer since 09. of July.

I cannot change the color of the star icons. Any fixes? I tried changing in the settings multiple times but it shows only black color.

I simply enjoy it, the only thing I did not enjoy is the fact I had to write a hundred characters but it's alright because the app is a 5/5 !
