A trivial matter, easily fixable by a programmer in 10 seconds, yet so silly that I don't know what to say... How could they have used H3 and H4 headings in the application? COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY and destroying the SEO of a thousand stores...

this app is not very user friendly, and it has took me so long to figure this app out. If this is your only option then get the app but if not I would recommend a different app

I would like further customizations with the look of the app in my store. I also want the ability to create a campaign 5 days after delivery to ask for a review. Also, I believe this app should integrate with the reviews on the Shop app - I have a ton of reviews on there that aren't visible on my website.

It's not compatible with all Shopify themes. It worked great for my first theme which I got from a third party website but my new theme is through Shopify and the reviews don't show up at all

Bonjour, Je suis assez satisfaite de l'application mais je trouve qu'on ne peut pas beaucoup configurer le design. Par exemple, les étoiles sur la gauche sur le mobile en dessous de "avis des clients" alors que tout le reste est centré c'est dommage. Vous pourriez le centrer ? Aussi j'aimerai bien pouvoir mettre les avis sur ma page d'accueil, je trouve ça dommage de ne pas pouvoir le faire.

It glitches and forms a loop that won't end each time I try to approve a review in all my devices (iPhone, iPad, and now my Mac Book Pro). It won't stop looping.

Easy to install and easy for customers to use. I like the customizable feature that this app gives your reviews, and can match your theme and color scheme!

Works perfectly. Not sure why all the negative comments . Customers can choose and save their preferences easily!

Works in Firefox. Go to your firefox settings - privacy and security - click manage exemptions in enhanced tracking protection and then add the website like where you are getting the error code. That fixed it for me. I don't have any reviews yet. Hopefully I continue to like the app after I use it fully.

Would get 5 stars BUT it does not work in FireFox. So to view/edit/respond to reviews, I need to start a new session in Chrome. Shopify, if you can resolve this, you get 5 stars from me :)
