why is this app not letting my customer to submit the reviews and why is it like this please fix this problem or write instructions before importing the app.

I am willing to give 6 stars, this is the extra one.Worked 2 times and haven't worked since. Everytime I try to import some reviews for my products, using their template mind you, it says "Make sure your CSV file matches the format of this sample CSV template" and not tell you exactly why. So I checked the form myself many times and didn't find the problem。Waste of time.！！！！！！！！！！！！！

No option to display star ratings on collection pages without diving into the code and modifying a bunch of things. Support said they couldn't do anything as it was a premium theme so to contact the theme developers (not doing that because they'll direct me to their paying third party companion). Support response time was very fast and the guy was nice though.

I just want to say this soap is AMAZING! My husband even likes it, and he doesn’t usually like to try new things. And I loved the lotion sample you included in my order. Truly one of the better lotions I have tried. It left my hand so smooth, not sticky or greasy. I will be ordering more lotion as soon as I get home from vacation.

After several installation attempts, it still doesn't work. I'm unable to add it in my website even after using different themes.

It's an amazing product. The purity is outstanding. I feel comfortable using it every night to help me sleep ... The taste is wonderful. Horrible App...You mean to tell me Shopify can't create an app that loads itself? Instead they expect us to download this archaic app and we have to place it in the back end..and when you do it barely even works. Shopify developers suck!

Most Imortant Features Are Missing. 1. Does not allow customers to add photos or videos. 2. Request Review Button For Delivered Orders. 3. No Option to send post-purchase emails to improve the ovarall product rating. No one visit the product page again to Write the product rating. Please team add 2 & 3 points as soon as possible.

I installed this easily. It was simple to add to products. However, I discovered that it doesn't have a feature to email customers an invite to leave a review. Statistically, 60% of reviews come from invitations. This would be an added benefit feature for this app.

I have an issue with touching my (not touch screen) laptop when I am trying to focus or am having trouble understanding a problem and the marks were just getting out of hand lol. This was one of those things that I didn’t search for but I stumbled on and it’s been really helpful. I haven’t done it but it also says you are able to replace the fluid with eyeglass cleaner when empty and as a glasses wearer that is quite convenient. Pretty neat little product

This app would be better if it could be integrated into Shopify emails and automations to invite customers to leave a review. No one bothers to leave a review if not asked to do so.
