I give it 1 star because I can’t give 0 I installed and I couldn’t even finish, is not user friendly and is very complicated to import reviews. REALLY BAD

This is the worst platform I have ever used. They do not provide any support on how to improve, and they do not know how to conduct business.

アプリインストール時にレビューを求められました。 デザインがシンプルで使いやすそう。有料プランのアプリが多い中、無料で使えるのはありがたいです。ユーザー目線でも、簡単にレビューできるのはサイト離脱を防げるので良い。

It should be able to integrate this with an email marketing app so that we cand send an invitation to write a review to our customers, if they don't scroll down they don't even know this section exists and therefore my products have 1 or 2 reviews. Also when trying to import reviews via csv it has some tech inconvenients.

Ive tried uploading a csv with reviews and it says that it is invalid. otherwise the app looks easy to use. but that one feature of bulk review import via csv is making it un-usable for me. is there technical support i can refer to?

It allows customers to leave reviews, and integrates well. My biggest gripe is that customers don't really know it exists, and they cant find it easily. It would be awesome if it could auto send a review request, but I don't think it can do that.

Unfortunately I have a problem with the Review listing text. After making my changes to the text and saving it it does not show up. I am trying to translate it into my own language but the default keeps showing up. This only happens with the review listing text and not with the others like the form, that works. I must be doing something wrong but It is not that customer friendly at this moment for me. Already removed and installed again, but no luck.
Update - Can you please try opening the Product Reviews app and going to Settings > Install Instructions > Verify App Blocks are Working. Once I completed this step it appeared to correct the issue. It's a good app but need to be integrated with Shopify Mail and Shopify marketing/automation to be able to requests reviews based on client purchase. This shouldn't be hard to do. We would even pay for this feature. It's good to have more apps integrated under the Shopify Brand and working seamless.

I wanted to have a review tool that would fit well in my website. When I installed this tool and it worked, I was thrilled. But there are 2 points that are seriously missing here: 1. no photos can be attached. 2. it is useless in the EU, because the authenticity of the rating cannot be checked. Too bad, but the thing is useless like that.

All I wanted was a page with reviews that I could add to my navigation. This is not it. I could care less about Product Reviews. I wanted Store/Shop reviews.
