I have used this app so customers can leave reviews on one of my products websites www.stiffdays.com and I must say I am cerrtainly pleased with its efficiency, ease of use among other considerations.. you simply cannot find a free app of similar or better attributes anywere . I highly recommend it tom the folks using shopify...

It's okay, could be improved by allowing to export/edit only individual selected product reviews instead of exporting entire store's review. Also adding pictures in review would be nice given that most other review apps allow for picture reviews

Had trouble with figuring out how to do what we wanted to using this app. Contacted Support who actually gave me the wrong information/instructions. They told us that the functionality we wanted - we could not do. Then had to paid someone else to go in and update the functionality we wanted. Turns out the app did do what we wanted, just needed to be set up in a different way. Too much back and forth and I asked for a phone call multiple times, which they declined. Could have made the entire thing easier rather than frustrating, like it was.

The Shopify Product Reviews app is easy to install, by following the instructions and copying / pasting the code into the relevant sections of your product descriptions and collections pages if required. Reviews help with conversion and seo, and having them direct on product pages is a huge asset to any e-commerce seller.

I've used Stamped.io review app for numerous sites now. Each time, received top-notch customer service: a) the tech team is super responsive b) they will go above and beyond the call of duty customizing their app to fit each theme, change the language so it feels like our brand(s), etc. Each time after installing this app, I have seen a real spike in the amount of reviews customers leave, which has directly linked to conversion to sales. Overall, an amazing, amazing and highly recommended!

Product Reviews is probably one of the greatest app here in the Shopify app store. It lets you choose which reviews to show or hide. It lets you import your existing (or imaginary reviews) from other store or shops. It lets you export existing reviews for future use. The best part? It's highly customizable, especially if you are good a bit with CSS. I've manually added the review score on my products on many places, and also had it customized according to the needs of my Theme. This app is very easy to use and was just what I was looking for. It is a great way to get individual reviews on specific products that are sold.
