This app was great, but not able to open or approve any reviews anymore which I know my clients have left, Annoying!

Glitchy to the max! Not well maintained. Currently can't open app to accept reviews. Cannot use on mobile at all.

Been running with this APP about a year and the reviews work great for our business which sells cube, drum and footstool seating to customers throughout the UK.

Must have application. It is free and it is rich snippets compatible for SEO. It is not easy to import previous comments if you are migrating from another provider but at least it is possible.

Lately all the star rankings are no longer showing for any of my products at the google search and Shopify can't help with this !!!!!!

I liked this app as it allowed me to access feedback from my customers and that it's free. The only problem that I have with it is that it doesn't allow you to place the reviews wherever you want. For example, I wanted to place it below my "Related Items" panel but it wouldn't let me or Shopify's theme team. Other than that, I'd still recommend it to others.

I like how this app works and looks on my site. I had some difficulty learning how to import my reviews from my previous site, but after working that out, it works quite well. I love that this app is free, and it does what it says it does. A major drawback however, is that customers are not prompted to review post-sale, so you need to set up a separate system to do that. I am having to email customers manually in order to include the relevant product page link, as my mail integration system won't do that either. Hence the 3 stars.

No one has used yet but installed easy and looks good, time will tell, like the ability to auto approve or manually.

This app seems to work well, however, one of the most important features is missing: it does not show how many reviews a product has in a category page. This is a big flaw as the customer sees 5 stars for a product but can't see if the score is based on 1 review or 200 reviews. Please, please, please, add this feature as otherwise, in my opinion, this app is worthless.

It's simple and works nice with my boundless theme, however the FONTS ARE TOO SMALL on the desktop view!! Please fix!!

after i unistalled it it missed up my code the reviews are still in my product page i went to edite the code but its impossible to delete it

After adding this app, it didn't even open... just showed that it was loading and never loaded... So, obviously I would give this zero stars if I could. It's unfortunate though!

This app SUCKS. It would be fine except the function for exporting and importing reviews (via a CSV file) is TERRIBLE and USELESS. I exported my reviews to make ONE change but then when I tried to import the *same* CSV file (which the APP gave me, I didn't create or format it) it said the formatting wasn't correct and wouldn't upload the reviews! Even though I hadn't done ANYTHING to change the formatting at all, and followed the syntax and punctuation EXACTLY to make sure I changed NOTHING in the file (except changing a single number). These software developers need to do a MUCH better job of quality assurance, because I have spent WAY too long on doing this simple task. I've had to call Shopify numerous times, spent HOURS on the phone, got many people involved, and STILL the app doesn't work properly! They have NO RIGHT to release this app to the public in such WRETCHED condition. FIX THIS SOFTWARE NOW SO THAT PEOPLE CAN RUN THEIR BUSINESS, NOT WRESTLE WITH TERRIBLY WRITTEN SOFTWARE.
