I installed this app for my Debut themed website and it has worked great so far. I liked it because it was easy to install and simple to use by the consumer. Every website selling a product seems to have some sort of rating system, give this one a try.

It is awesome. But there is no captcha for the review form. I wanted that you added the Captcha to the form.

Love that it's free, and does everything I need it to. Captures reviews right in the product page interface. Thanks for great value!

Edit my original review down to 1 star u til they fix this app so it works on mobile devices, 2 years later and still won’t work on mobile, can’t reply or publish reviews unless it’s from a desktop machine, crazy in 2021!! Wizard Patch embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker vests and motorcycle harley davidson hog jackets and corporate logos etc use this app for all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge listings. I wanted to get away from another review app I was using and went for Product review, I was under the impression that the app works somewhat similar to the one I was using, plus I wanted to keep it directly with Shopify- so I paid to have my reviews switched and then later came to find out that this app does not email customers after their purchase to review, who does that? What’s the benefit then? Which means, I have to go back and email the customer in order to go back on the site and review. Long story short like I told the rep, they could have at least placed a bold font displaying that they don’t prompt customers after purchasing. Could have save me a few bucks. Very disappointed- won’t recommend!

So far very good, i haven't had a review yet, so that needs to be tested, hence the 4 stars only, but once that has been tested, i will come back and edit this review dependant on how good it is!

I liked it a lot when i figured out how to use it on my old theme. However once I got a new page theme I tried following the instructions they provided but it hasn't worked out for me. The links where they tell me to past the code go nowhere so I have no idea where to paste them. Wish it was little more simply.

Decent app for a new store to get quick reviews. I replaced this app with a better one. When you delete this app make sure to remove the code from your theme so that it doesn't leave the "customer review" section. To do this simply search the code below in your product-template.liquid section and delete it. Hope this helps. Cheers. {{ product.metafields.spr.reviews }}
