This is a very good, basic review system but is there any way to NOT have each review pile one on top of the other as they come in? This is giving me anxiety. Is there no better way of organizing the system? I saw this response to another person's comment: "Hi, there! Thanks for those feature requests. You can currently do both of these things using the add on for this app: https://bit.ly/30iEP21. If you need any help with the setup, feel free to contact the app's support team. Cheers! - Brie, Shopify Support" which prompted me to download the upgrade. Can someone please help me (can email me at [email protected]) by explaining how to move over EXISTING reviews into this new system? And, is it going to pile one on top of another again or will there be "pages" so that it's more organized? Please help! I am trying to integrate!

It is very good, but it appears in the google search "resenha de John Doe" and it is very bad. How to get that sentence out?

works great as far as ease of use and letting customers add reviews but would REALLY love the ability to add pictures to help the reviews look more legitimate and show the quality of our products

I know you guys are busy. but can you please update this app and add the following functions: 1. allow customers to add photos on their review 2. allow sellers to send a review request to their customers

I can't figure out how i send customers requests to write a review, do i need an additional add on?
Hey, there! That's correct - requesting the review is not built into this app. That being said, there are a few simple ways that you can do this. You can edit your order confirmation email so that it includes a note asking the customer to leave a review, and you can also use an email marketing app to create your own automated email for doing this as well. I am using the Debut theme ： The desktop version sometimes displays the reviews module slowly, and the mobile terminal does not display the reviews content at all.

No no no no! Not good when it comes to product schema markup! It can not be edited, and the way the reviews app sorts the schema is all wrong. Please help us with this. I have to do manual schema markups for 100's of products... Thanks!
Hi, there. It sounds like you're referring to the JSON data that outputs the reviews. It is expected to get warnings from Google tools about missing data when using the app, as our developers are still working on the app's compatibility with Google's structured data requirements. There is no timeframe on this at the moment. This should not affect your general SEO or cause your customers difficulty in finding your shop. This is is good for reviews. I wish it would allow customers to add a pictures. If the customers were allowed to add image reviews this app would be 5 stars.

Is it not possible that the person who purchase something will only have the option to review. The one who has not purchased can't make a review

I've been using this app for 6 months and have had installation issues that both the theme developer and shopify could not resolve. Very basic reviews function and customers can only see the review at the product page level. You have to create a system in which to send out review requests to customers, there is no automation here and customers are not that motivated to write reviews. Social proof is very important so having a robust review system is important. I have since transitioned to Judge.me which integrates with Google and shows review widgets everywhere the product is displayed. The automated review request process is easy and I am now getting more reviews than ever in the last week. This is not a bad app if you're just starting out and it's free.

Seems like a good app. Unfortunately Shopify + the Theme Editor could not get it to work on a Shopify Theme (Label). Disappointed and wasted a lot of time.

This is very helpful and a quick addition to our site. Unfortunately it no longer works with Chrome. To publish reviews, I have to go through MS-Edge. It is clunky and slow to load the reviews. We only have 30ish products so I'm not sure how bad it would be with hundreds. The interface is pretty straight forward and easy to use and has an easy way to reply to review comments. Docking it 1 star for Chrome compatibility reasons that are pretty old (reported some time ago), and one star for performance.

When there are no review for a product the box takes up way too much space. When there are reviews, the reviews should scroll from right to left so that so much space is not taken up on the screen. The viewer should not have to keep scrolling downward to read the reviews. All in all, it is an easy app to install and use. This is just my 2 cents to make it help make it more appealing.

This app has been disappointing. Had to manually edit my Etsy CSV reviews and upload. Multiple errors, instructions weren't super clear and the app eliminated "duplicates" when there weren't duplicates. It's better than nothing, but would be better if I could upload ALL my reviews. Help with the app was OK, but not great too.

Decent app. would give 5 stars if there was an ability to e-mail customers for reviews like other competitor apps :/

I put the code into the product description, but it made it visually look really bad. I would like other options of places to put it and change the visual presentation of it.
