Its great it's just missing one simple but very important feature for me, it should hide the reviews if there's none to show. Most reviews will happen because we ask our clients to review it so only then it should show. Now seeing 0 reviews in all products doesn't look good

It's an okay app, but needs work. It only imports the first 20 reviews and then give errors to the rest. No matter what you do to reformat the file. It will also give different errors to the lines each time for the same file.

Worked for a week then broke. Can't click on Write a review. Cant see reviews.

I uninstalled this app, is there anyway I can delete the current reviews from my product listings? They are still showing.

Product reviews was okay, you need to get Product reviews add on which is much better. Like a lot of Shopify apps just not that impressive. Would I recommend it ? No way there are much better 3rd apps to use than Shopify free ones.

It doesn't work. The even sad part I used to study computer science. I like my tempo is there a way you can generate a code that is friendly for all tempos?

Good for product page reviews but desperately needs the option to send automated emails to customers asking them to review and a button on the homepage that shows reviews and stars.

Nice app, however, a bit too light weight in features and ability to customize. Would be nice to see more features added based on all the comments and feedback, but, can't argue with Free!

This product is great but would be so much better if it were to send each customer an email and ask them for their rating in the email, with a simple process. Rather than having to ask them to come back onto the site as not a lot of people will do

Would be 5 stars if the import process wasn't such a pain. If the template doesn't line up perfectly it will just stay on a screen that says "Importing reviews...Please wait, this may take a while." Ok, maybe tell me the template isn't lining up rather than me waiting awhile? If you do get stuck in this never ending loop, the cancel button doesn't seem to work. It just reverts back to trying to upload the previous file when clicking the import button.

Apps is nice but its really disappointed that the apps can't send buyer email to remind them to leave a review about their purchase. I hope they will ad this feature soon.

Decent app. PROS: It's free. Shopify should have a built-in review engine, anyway, but it's hard to argue with free. Easy to use. Easy to install. Looks great—better, actually—on mobile. CONS Slow loading. This is not unique to this app—most Shopify apps, even the really good ones, take a few extra seconds to load. I just figure if it's Shopify native, it should load a little more quickly. We keep it at the bottom of the page so it doesn't hurt user experience too much. MISSING FEATURES Display Limits + Pagination for reviews. This is an obvious feature. We should be able to set how many reviews display at once, such that users can scroll or click to the next bunch of reviews. "Verified Buyer" badges. Most modern review engines have these. If Shopify is also the order processor, this should be the easiest thing in the world to implement. Conditional tag displays. Another easy one—if the product has no reviews, why clutter up the Collection or Product page with empty stars and a "no reviews yet" notice? Easy CSS overrides. There are already a few built into the engine (star color, border and padding, etc), but things like font sizes would be great to have at least some control over.

It takes forever to load in Google Chrome! The app itself is wonderful love it. I have more then 20 reviews on my site and are afraid to uninstall the app and the re install. So I did it with Google Chrome...I uninstalled it all of it and re installed it. It's the same. It takes forever to load, or it does not load at all. I contacted Shopify twice about this matter and and there suggestion to clean my computer and my cache. I did that, my computer is as clean as a whistle. Fact is the Google Chrome is the most used browser.in any statistics ...therefore the app should me working with it. If at all the customer will not contact the store to leave a review.....if it does not load fast enough, they won't leave a review or even visit the site again. I am expected this app to work with my store when I download it. Please fix this awesome app!!! Thank you GENIOUS PIPE>>>your awesome IT FIXED IT!!!!!

Pretty good app. 2 Big areas for improvement I see: 1.) No 1500 character limit on reviews. Or at least a way to set the limit 2.) Ability to have permalinks for each review so you can link directly to them when you share on social media. With no permalinks like it is now, you can only link to the product page
