I was a little confused about how to offer an existing item as a discounted price as an upsell, but I did a little digging in the FAQs and found the directions to what I was looking for. I've only so far run 1 upsell campaign, but it's been very successful and I'm excited to have been able to increase my cart total. About 30% of my customers have been taking advantage of the offer and it's increased my average cart total by over 20%. One of the reasons I chose this app over other similar apps was the ability to offer multiple quantity of the upsell item, which wasn't something I've seen with some other apps I've looked at and my customers have been buying multiples.
