We setup our first Upsell last week and already this app has more than paid for itself! We currently offer a small number of skus online (only 20) and were unsure that Product Upsell would be much help. Turns out we didn't even need to create new discounts or promotions - instead we increased our average unit-per-transaction and dollar-per-sale by reinforcing an existing offer: Free Shipping on purchases of 3 or more items. Now customers that shop are much more likely to hit (or exceed) this threshold. I can't wait to create more Upsell triggers as we add more variety to our store.
