At 2am on Black Friday, our site had a major glitch which could have been detrimental to the ads we were running. Jay, the Co-Founder and VP of bold was the first person who popped up when I requested to chat and not only did he solve the problem, he made sure that the apps were functioning properly by editing the code last minute.
