This app is GREAT! The warning code is printed on the order so you know the customer has seen it is a great feature! What i love most is the customer service. Ihnat has always replied within a day with answers to any query and has helped me more than he needed to!

We currently use this app to display warnings about the long lead times for our watches and it works great! Thank you for making it so easy to empower the customer. The more information you give to the customer upfront, the better their experience. We would recommend this app.

This is exactly what we want, we use it to show customers some important tips such as the shipping time during the holiday season will be longer than usual. Works perfectly! Easy to set up, great customer service, highly recommend!

Really great addition to our store. Clean, simple and well-designed. The alert function is perfectly effective for our needs such as variable shipping hours, model exceptions, etc. Communicates clearly and quickly with our customers in a way that enhances the experience without slowing down the shopping process. I used this app to make sure my customers to input their correct info. Since Shopify doesn't support re-enter form of email yet, this app would be helpful to reduce the number of input errors. I've been very impressed with Elastic's quick flexible support. Thank you so much.

Works great! Using the free trial - I wish the paid version was a little cheaper because there are some features I see there that would be very useful to me.

I used this application to show a disclaimer on a particular product we sell. This works perfectly. The support is really fast and has helped us customize to the theme we are using. Really recommend this application!

Easy to set up and use, does exactly what we need. We warn customers when they are ordering made-to-order items that have a long lead time or heavy items that will require extra manpower to unload. Be aware that the app adds a tag to the relevant product and depending on your theme (we use Empire) that tag might appear on the filtered collection store front. If so contact app support and they will fix it quickly. Superb app. Really usefull and easy to use! We added this app while our store was closed for two weeks. Great way to show a promotion pop-up and explain possible delays in shipping during this period of time for us. Highly suggested

App works exactly as described and helps us comply with California Prop 65 rules. I had to contact Customer Service twice and both times I had a quick reply they really went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

This is a great app that does what it says! I have set up alerts for two different states that require product warnings (CA Prop. 65 for example). This has solved a couple of different challenges for us. The developers have been excellent at helping us get set up.

App works perfectly. The developer was also very handy helping me get the app set up and customized to our store, which we were having difficulties with due to custom coding in our theme. Great app, great service.

Which means there is no popups to be shown on the store front. We've contacted you by email in order to get more details about the issue you had as for now we have no information to identify it.

This is one of the best apps we have! As a distributor of medical products, it is important that we only sell certain items to certain customers. The product warnings app allows us to warn our customers about our policies before they complete their purchase. Working with their team, and specifically with Ihnat, has been a very good experience as well. Ihnat has helped my team on multiple occasions, and even helped with some customizations that we could not live without. We highly recommend this app to any store that needs to get confirmation from customers regarding certain products.
