This is one of the best apps we have! As a distributor of medical products, it is important that we only sell certain items to certain customers. The product warnings app allows us to warn our customers about our policies before they complete their purchase. Working with their team, and specifically with Ihnat, has been a very good experience as well. Ihnat has helped my team on multiple occasions, and even helped with some customizations that we could not live without. We highly recommend this app to any store that needs to get confirmation from customers regarding certain products.

I purchased this app for Prop 65 warning for 2 products and the setup was easy and straight forward. The only problem is when someone tries to order in California, no warning is populated, so it does not do what it is supposed to do. I would love to upgrade this from 1 star to 5 stars but I have not been able to get any help as when I try to help from their app, I get an error message.

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with the app. We would be happy to troubleshoot it and find the solution, but unfortunately we haven't got any reply from the email address associated with the store. Please reply to those emails or simply email us at [email protected], so we could work with you on finding the reason. Ideally, in order to find the reason, we would like to know the order numbers where the popup was not show although it should be. As for now, I've checked your setup and noticed that you've made the warning to be shown only once during the customer session. With this option enabled, the warning won't be shown again if you previously pressed "OK" into the popup. Thanks in advance.

We needed this app for prop 65 warnings on our website and it works great. We needed some assistance to customize it to meet our needs and the developer has been incredibly helpful and responsive with all of our questions and was able to get things working for us in a couple of hours. This app has some of the very best support I've experienced with any shopify app!

Exactly what we needed. It didn't work seamlessly with our custom theme, but the app development team was so helpful with getting it set up to work right away!

We use this app to provide clear information on certain shipping restrictions on a few of our products (i.e. flammable products or items that we can't ship out of our sales territory). Works great, easy to install and customer service is fast and friendly.

Originally the popup did not show up as the products we have were based on an alternative product template. However, Ihnat Kuksanau promptly replied when I sent them an email inquiry and they fixed my issue immediately. Now it works perfectly for us. Really awesome support!

I used this app to create a message pop up for customers to remind them to choose their shipping method accordingly. I emailed support about custom installation and I received a super fast reply. The customization was done immediately. Also, I bombarded them (sorry guys!) with more emails and questions, to which their response was lightening fast as well! Overall, I'm very happy with this FREE app and the support. (note: free account allows for 1 warning, but that is all I needed! I would definitely upgrade if I needed to.)

I used this app to add a warning it was a digital product to avoid confusion in the future with customers wanting refunds. Since I couldn't find a way to add a note to the checkout, this app is amazing. Thanks.

This app did exactly what I wanted it to. I did initially have some trouble due to cookies, but when I contacted support they were very helpful & problem was sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend!

So far so good. I use it to let people know our store is closed but still taking orders. Excellent way to ensure every customer who is placing an order gets the message. Super easy to use. Simple but effective.

We use this app to notify shipping dates that are different from our normal shipping policies. We use it on collections or specific products. It has been working like a charm. We noticed that tags that the app was creating were appearing on our webpage and the developper quickly helped us modify the them so they wouldn't appear, We're very happy!

I use this app to advise customers that on products not physically in stock that there will be a slightly longer delivery time. Looked at other options but, for me this did the job the best. After having it installed for a couple of weeks, something else must have changed in my shop CSS and it caused a conflict with this app. Not able to fathom it out myself, I sent an email to support and 43 minutes later I received a response back confirming that it was now fixed. Absolutely fantastic support, especially considering that I am on a free plan, and I won't have any doubts about continuing to use this app safe in the knowledge that the developers really are there for you. Great work guys!

App works well, and minor issues I had were dealt with quickly by support. Non standard Shopify shopping cart/theme issues that wouldn't work 100% with the app were offered as additional charged development.
