This app is awesome and customer support is very helpful. I had no clue what I was doing and messed some things up, they were very quick to fix them and offer tips along the way. This app will for sure change your business.

This is definitely the best app for product customizing and printing solutions. This is the only app that really allows you to change the settings and editor so that it works exactly as you want and it suits your product/customers. We found some small things that we can't change ourself, customer service trough the live chat was really helpfull and the made the changes for us within minutes. Thank you!!

Agréablement surpris de l'application. facile a utiliser et intuitive. J'ai essayé une autre application similaire mais qui c'est avérée difficile a configurer et n'offre pas les même outils de personnalisation que Inkybay. Vu que je ne suis pas programmeur, J'ai eu des difficultés a faire quelques modifications sur la page de mon produit, j'ai contacté le service technique qui m'a demandé le lien de ma boutique, et qui a résolu mon problème et m'a même montré comment le faire moi même si je voulais. Je leurs souhaite une bonne continuation.

Amazing app, before finding Inkybay, there is no personalizer app can satisfy all my requirement. It is really worth to buy, almost 24/7 CS. Rapid response, almost can fix everthing.

I have been using this app for over a year now and have a very complex customisation process. This app allows me to offer a massive variety of options. The support is also excellent, with fast help. Don't think there's been something they can't workaround so far.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is definitely an exception. First off, I have tried all the main customization options on the app store. Save yourself the time and effort and believe me when I say this one is the best. It is simple enough for customers to use, but complex enough for customers to be able to build their own awesome designs. Also, the sharing system is unmatched. Our team can build a client design and send them a link that will take them directly to the design within the editor. Other apps cannot do this. Aside from the software, the support team is AMAZING. I have contacted them many times for significant fixes that they get done fast, and for free. They helped me set up multiple products. The team is just great. Go ahead and download the app. I promise you won't regret it!

Great support team who answered our questions and resolved them quickly. We have used several design tools for our custom products over the years and this is the best one so far. Very user friendly.

This app is hands down the best app for sellers that have complex and real-world pricing structures for their printing businesses. It pretty much covers it all. It has obviously been made by people in the industry for people in the industry of printing. On top of that, the support team offers some pretty top-notch knowledgable support and is always there to help. None of this high and dry support you get from other apps. These guys are legit. They even jumped on a call with me to set it all up which obviously saved me tonnes of time in trying to explain all of my questions in the messenger. Definitely give it a go and if you feel it's too tricky to set up just reach out to support. They've got your back! Thanks guys for developing an app that meets our needs.

It is one of the best apps to use if you offer multiple printing styles. Easy to set up and use. Very friendly customer service that goes above and beyond. I would recommend trying their 21-day free trial to sample it for yourself.
