The support has a bad communication and don't solv your needs. About the system to transfer accounts it does not work well, since the previously system. it still not working. It does not have an option to delete your account if you want to solve your transfering problem it could be deleting your account and starting it from your's profitario main account. About to login with this account it does not work as well I tried. and it forces you to create a new account.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry for the frustration around the account transfer. We looked into it, and the transfer itself worked as expected. The confirmation email could not reach you because the Gmail address on your account had been disabled by Google, so the message was never delivered. On account deletion: there is nothing you need to do there, shops are deleted automatically once the app is uninstalled.
