I bought a lifetime license for Profitario 3 years ago. A new company acquired the app, that contract has simply been ignored: did not maintain the features I was using and now asked to pay a monthly subscription. No prior notice, no compensation, no meaningful reply from support. Selling "lifetime" access, changing owners, then pretending the promise never existed is abusive and borderline fraudulent. Don't trust any offer from this company.

The support has a bad communication and don't solv your needs. About the system to transfer accounts it does not work well, since the previously system. it still not working. It does not have an option to delete your account if you want to solve your transfering problem it could be deleting your account and starting it from your's profitario main account. About to login with this account it does not work as well I tried. and it forces you to create a new account.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry for the frustration around the account transfer. We looked into it, and the transfer itself worked as expected. The confirmation email could not reach you because the Gmail address on your account had been disabled by Google, so the message was never delivered. On account deletion: there is nothing you need to do there, shops are deleted automatically once the app is uninstalled. It would be great if Profitario allowed costs to be assigned per package, rather than relying solely on quantity-based splits. Additionally, the ability to add the total quantity of a base product to an order isn't currently supported, but it would be a very useful feature. Thank you

I've been using Profitario for several years now and couldn't be happier. I've tried multiple profit tracking and analytics apps over the years, but nothing comes close to Profitario in terms of accuracy, reliability, and ease of use. Good App that works as intended, it shows me the costs of my items or a specific order so i can get a quick idea about my profits, it have a free plan and no problems encountered so far, Good APP, thank you.

o support, hard to link 3 stores

Interface clair, c'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait pour mieux suivre ma rentabilité. Coût par article, frais de carte, coût d’expédition (fdp + conditionnement), tva, abonnement à des applications tierces ect ce qu'il faut la ou il faut
