I bought a lifetime license for Profitario 3 years ago. A new company acquired the app, that contract has simply been ignored: did not maintain the features I was using and now asked to pay a monthly subscription. No prior notice, no compensation, no meaningful reply from support. Selling "lifetime" access, changing owners, then pretending the promise never existed is abusive and borderline fraudulent. Don't trust any offer from this company.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry the experience left you frustrated. For anyone reading this, I want to clear up the main points. Profitario has not been acquired. It is still built and run by the same company that sold the AliExpress extension add-on, and that purchase is still honored. In fact, the limits the add-on used to remove no longer exist for anyone, so the extension's AliExpress features are free on any account without a connected Shopify store. The upgrade prompt came from the core Profitario app, not the extension. Once a Shopify store is connected, the free plan includes a set number of orders per month, and that limit has always been part of the free plan. There has never been a lifetime plan for the core app. Even when an account is over that limit, the AliExpress order reports and invoices stay fully accessible. Only the store's profit dashboard asks for an upgrade. Every email we received about this got a reply, with a detailed answer to each point and steps to keep using the extension with no order cap and no upgrade prompt. We haven't heard back since our last email, but the offer to go through the account together still stands at [email protected]. Kind Regards, Lukas, Founder of Profitario

The support has a bad communication and don't solv your needs. About the system to transfer accounts it does not work well, since the previously system. it still not working. It does not have an option to delete your account if you want to solve your transfering problem it could be deleting your account and starting it from your's profitario main account. About to login with this account it does not work as well I tried. and it forces you to create a new account.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry for the frustration around the account transfer. We looked into it, and the transfer itself worked as expected. The confirmation email could not reach you because the Gmail address on your account had been disabled by Google, so the message was never delivered. On account deletion: there is nothing you need to do there, shops are deleted automatically once the app is uninstalled. It would be great if Profitario allowed costs to be assigned per package, rather than relying solely on quantity-based splits. Additionally, the ability to add the total quantity of a base product to an order isn't currently supported, but it would be a very useful feature. Thank you

I've been using Profitario for several years now and couldn't be happier. Good App that works as intended, it shows me the costs of my items or a specific order so i can get a quick idea about my profits, it have a free plan and no problems encountered so far, Good APP, thank you.
