Pros: Beautiful layout Cons: 1)BUG: After manually editing a product cost, it returns to the original price. 2)Do not allow you to fully manually edit some data. 3) Inexistent support. I text on message, nobody ever there. Required email contact, nobody ever answered.

Regarding your points: - Pricing Display Bug: Sorry about the confusion here. The issue where edited prices reverted back visually was just a display glitch—thankfully, it didn't impact the actual calculations. We've already fixed it. Support Response: As a small team, we do our best to get back to everyone within one business day, but occasionally things get busy, and we have to prioritize paying customers. We're sorry our response time wasn't what you expected. We'll work on improving our support process.
The app is basic, but gives you key metrics. Adding costs is simple. I wish it would allow to create custom dashboards. However, their customer support is terrible! I reached out because it showed my LTV is $0. I did not get an answer within a week. When I followed up, I was told by Anna that the devs would look into it since it seems to be a bug. It's now another week later and I still do not have a reply, and my follow up has been ignored. Frustrating!
