You don't get a warning or anything like that when you exceed the usage fee. So I spent almost 100€ for 1 month just on Profitario, what a disgrace.

Let's clear things up and see how we can make this right. Here's a quick rundown of our plans: Basic plan ($20/month): Covers 300 orders in 30 days, with additional charges for extra orders. While usage charges are limited to $75 per month. Pro plan ($50/month): Unlimited orders, no extra charges. The Basic plan is designed for flexibility, but we get that the extra charges can catch you off guard if you're not expecting them. While you can always check your usage and charges in the Shopify billing menu, we hear you - it's not ideal if you're not actively looking for it. Given your situation, moving to the Pro plan might be a better fit for you. If you decide to upgrade, we'd be happy to review your recent charges and see how we can adjust them to align with the Pro plan pricing. Why don't you reach out to our support team? Muy interesante, completa y fácil de usar app. Integra datos de varias fuentes y se actualiza en tiempo real. Por ahora muy conforme.

The app is basic, but gives you key metrics. Adding costs is simple. I wish it would allow to create custom dashboards. However, their customer support is terrible! I reached out because it showed my LTV is $0. I did not get an answer within a week. When I followed up, I was told by Anna that the devs would look into it since it seems to be a bug. It's now another week later and I still do not have a reply, and my follow up has been ignored. Frustrating!

The App is good for analytics. I wish it allowed to export reports, etc. but then again I am on the free plan so don't want to complain. Overall, it's a neat and tidy way to see your store numbers.

Great value -- we've loved Profitario for our sites. It integrates with all the platforms that we use, including our 3PL (ShipHero) to pull in actual fulfillment costs. Support has been great, highly recommend.

The App has been super amazing so far and the Support has also been great and quick to fix an issue I had with my Facebook Ad Account integration. I can 100% recommend Profitario and the Staff.

Have been using the app for a couple of years now and find it extremely useful for keeping track of everything and helping to spot areas of the business that need work. Very happy with it and not sure how I'd live without it!

relatively east to use, if customer service is online they get back to you very quickly and are very helpful. Good tools and many many options

I really love this App as it is a clean and easy to use and understand dashboard of all my orders. I tried a few others before but they were no where as good as Profitario.

I've tested most of the profit tracking software on shopify and this is the best i've found by far! Keep up the good work!

for real I highly recommend this app it manages all your accounting which is taking me less time than usual just one thing im not able to delete in other expenses. highly recommended
