Excellent app and outstanding support! We've tested several gift and upsell apps, and Koala has been the easiest to set up while offering exactly the flexibility we needed. The app works smoothly, the interface is intuitive, and the gift rules are very easy to configure. What impressed us the most was the support team. They responded quickly, understood our requirements, and helped us customize the setup to match our store perfectly. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to increase AOV with free gifts and upsells!
