Great functionality overall! I did encounter an issue with font settings, but after reaching out to the Koala app support team, they promptly resolved it for me. Although I haven’t been using the app for long, I’m very satisfied so far—everything works smoothly. I can genuinely recommend this app, as their support team is quick to respond and always helpful whenever I need assistance.

We’re really happy with this app! We’ve tried other ones, but Koala stood out because of their super fast and helpful customer service. Plus, it’s so easy to tweak the campaign layout so you get it exactly the way you want it to match the look of your store, and setting everything up was a breeze. Honestly, if all customer service was like Koala’s, life would be so much easier!

Really nice app and very user friendly. Different variants available for different kind of bundles or upsells. As well the customer service is spot on, really fast reply and they help you the utmost best they can! Really happy
