So far so good. I like the options and the ability to change the colors and look of the sections. Customer service is great, too.

We’re really happy with this app! We’ve tried other ones, but Koala stood out because of their super fast and helpful customer service. Plus, it’s so easy to tweak the campaign layout so you get it exactly the way you want it to match the look of your store, and setting everything up was a breeze. Honestly, if all customer service was like Koala’s, life would be so much easier!

Probably the fastest customer service I've seen on any app in the Shopify App Store, plus very easy to get to grips with, I'd recommend this app. Thanks Louie for your work.

Really nice app and very user friendly. Different variants available for different kind of bundles or upsells. As well the customer service is spot on, really fast reply and they help you the utmost best they can! Really happy

I've been using this app for about 3 months now and really like it. The app and displays are very elegant and clear. The app is easy to use, but most importantly the customer support team is incredible. Whenever I've had trouble they were right there (during work hours) to help me. I had one urgent matter that when they understood the gravity of the situation jumped right in and took care of it. Be aware of some limitations like number of deals you can make, but they even increased those since I subscribed. I highly recommend.
