They refused to refund me because I only used the app for half an hour! First, they said my bill had to be paid, and then they withheld my money for a whole month. I waited a whole month for a refund for an app I only used for half an hour. I don't recommend it!

Koala Bundles Volume Discounts does exactly what it promises and works seamlessly. It’s easy to set up, flexible, and has been a great addition to our store for running volume discounts without any hassle. What really sets it apart is the support. Max was incredibly helpful — quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was working exactly how we needed it. Hele prettige bundel-app. Ook als je vragen of hulp nodig hebt van support wordt je netjes en snel geholpen. Alina heeft mij echt super geholpen bij het oplossen van een 'probleem'. (Ik begreep het zelf gewoon niet goed;) )

Not responsive. Hard to reach out. We tried to use their app thinking their app is better than others and even subsribed to them, at first, i saw a drop in our conversion. And I was wondering what is the problem. After few weeks, I received a feedback that why is our product is tagged as SOLD OUT even though I checked, we have that inventory. And we tried to click the continuous selling but still not working. I do not recommend this, we;ve wasted a lot of money!
