I've only been using a day but the support team is super. Support is THE most important thing with any app (besides it being a well designed and functioning one). If they are good and responsive then things can get easily sorted. And that was day 1 experience. I had problems and got them resolved by a wonderful team.

GReat App. I have tried a few different bundle apps but koala has the most customisation so I have returned to it. Gyte from customer support is really helpful and very quick to reply!

Working with the team has been amazing to get our special bulk discount offer updated for our 5 year anniversary. It works so well on our Shopify site and is integrated in our POS. We launched it via email last night and have already generated sales today. thanks so much for your help and being so responsive to all of my questions!
