Hands down the best damn app we’ve found for volume discounts and wholesale pricing. The support team actually shows up, does the job, and does it right. Glad to be rolling with them, and I’d recommend this app to anyone who’s serious about leveling up their pricing and offerings.

Amazing App & Outstanding Support! Koala has been an incredible addition to my Shopify store. The app is easy to use, very flexible, and helps create bundles that actually increase conversions. Everything works smoothly and the features are exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most is the customer support. Alina was extremely helpful, fast, and professional. She solved my issue within minutes and even offered extra guidance to optimize my bundles. It’s rare to find such responsive and friendly support teams! Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their store’s average order value. Great app + great team!

Koala is hands down the best bundling app I’ve used (and I’ve tried plenty). The customization options are unmatched, and the interface is super easy to navigate. The customer-facing UI looks great, and Max was incredibly helpful—quick to respond and made setting up my bundles fast and effortless!

So far this app has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to other apps that offer similar functionality. It worked flawlessly with our theme, discounts were applied without incurring extra charges and the pricing is far more acceptable for our requirements than some of the others. The support offered by Max was effectively an immediate response time and he was able to answer our questions and suggest alternatives. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie. Oi Oi Oi.
