I ran into a slight issue with ad generation, I reached out to Promer support and quickly received a response from Julie, who in turn forwarded the issue to Ricky. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their quick responses and how they focus on immediately resolving issues that come about. I highly recommend this app.

I had a demo on Creative with Ricky on to create ads with products, he demonstrates the ads creation, and then I created an ad with products from my store. It was easy to create ads with Ricky assistance. He is knowledgeable, patient, respectful. I will use Creative studio to create more ads for my products, the creation is friendly use. Germaine

I really am enjoying this app I signed up for the free trial than loved it so much that I signed up for the membership the same day.
