Propel Subscriptions App

Customer Service is 5-stars! I've run into a few hiccups regarding the interface between my theme and the app (thus the 4 star rating) but every time customer service is right there to chat and troubleshoot and it ends up being resolved. Thus far I've needed to interact with them 3 times and each time I walk away feeling pleased my problem was addressed well.

I used this app to set up a subscription option on my website. Customer support was very helpful in assisting with the installation and explaining the processes for making changes. I 100% recommend trying it out!

I had the pleasure of getting help from Tom for a couple of things and he was just wonderful. I am new to using the app but so far it seems to be working out pretty well.

Easy to use and setup. Integrates will with our website. The support team was fast and quick to review our issues and the app portal is very easy to navigate.

They have been super helpful if we had any issues. Also, we recently updated our theme and theirs was the EASIEST app to install on the new theme without losing information or having to redo all our settings.

Very user friendly app to get subscriptions set up for my business. The help center is very thorough and the customer service chat was very easy to use and helpful! Looking forward to booking more customers with my new subscription offerings.

The app works great but the customer service is NEXT LEVEL! These guys have bent over backward to help me get everything setup and running smoothly. Definitely use this app for your subscriptions and recurring orders!
