So far so good. It was easy for me to set up. I did a mock subscription and it worked seamlessly. The chat feature is helpful too.

Customer Service is 5-stars! I've run into a few hiccups regarding the interface between my theme and the app (thus the 4 star rating) but every time customer service is right there to chat and troubleshoot and it ends up being resolved. Thus far I've needed to interact with them 3 times and each time I walk away feeling pleased my problem was addressed well.

Easy to use and setup. Integrates will with our website. The support team was fast and quick to review our issues and the app portal is very easy to navigate.

They have been super helpful if we had any issues. Also, we recently updated our theme and theirs was the EASIEST app to install on the new theme without losing information or having to redo all our settings.

We spent quite a lot of time looking to find a subscription app that would meet our requirements. Eventually we came across Propel who got us up and running exactly as we needed and super fast. Fantastic support from Leo. Wish all apps provided the same level of help and support.

Very user friendly app to get subscriptions set up for my business. The help center is very thorough and the customer service chat was very easy to use and helpful! Looking forward to booking more customers with my new subscription offerings.

Very quick to respond and help with anything all. I love that! So far the subscription service has been excellent. I really like that I can offer multiple options to my customers for subscription plans. Highly recommend!
