Propel Subscriptions App

After installing this app, I had a bunch of questions which Leo very patiently answered. He was so helpful even when I realized a couple of days later that I needed more functionality than the app could provide. I have since found a different app that handles what I need, but if you want a simple easy to use membership app to collect recurring payments, this one is excellent - and has wonderful customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Very helpful staff when needed. Excited to give this app a try. Have been seeking an app to fulfill recurring orders.

So far it seems to be working great...we just got our first monthly subscription so we'll see how it goes. Awesome support! Only issue was that it didn't automatically integrate into our theme for some reason, but they promptly fixed it.

This is a great app and it has definitely helped us increase our sales！ Everyone knows that every time you place an order repeatedly, you will face the hesitation of customers, and reurring order is the best solution!!

I've had some ups and downs, but overall the developers of this app have worked with me to find a reasonable resolution on every case. The app works well and I hope to grow into it in a way that benefits us both.

We were looking for a "subscribe and save" style app as we get recurring orders and want our customers to benefit from the ease of an auto re-ordering feature (and the savings we can give them with it), and also for us to have a system to manage it all. This one caught our eye (from features and reviews) and it is very good so far. Install was fairly straight forward and the support team have been really helpful and fast helping us tweak a few settings.

Greta app for subscriptions. Support was great, fast and easy through the chat. Worked on a couple of formatting issues and now we're live accepting subscriptions for our products.

Have a 3rd party app that wasn't on their install list. Sent an email and the team had it fixed and installed. This was also 9pm at night. Fantastic customer service

Great app... in the examples they provide, I didnt think it would suit our theme. But once installed the widget config allowed me to change the colours and it fit really well. Customer service is also excellent - they seem to be online all the time.

Support is great from Leo. He is always really responsive and willing to help answer questions and queries we may have.

Tom was very helpful and patient with me. I have been trying all different type of subscription apps which finally led me here. I am very happy that I found it. Customer support amazing and very helpful and love the simplicity of the product!!

So far we can only say that the customer service is excellent. They have installed the app on a shopify theme that was not supported in record time.
