I'm trying it out because I want to switch all of my patreon subscribers over to my main website. I just installed it, but customer service was already very helpful.

I used the app to setup subscription. I was able to test it on my website and get a test email. I was able to remove the product name with help from the chat person Chud.

Came here from one of the big apps which could not handle basic things and seemed overwhelmed by the Shopify checkout integration. It was a great app when they offered all features for free... and even as they started charging. However, we've updated our rating as the functionality is really not up-to-scratch compared to the rapidly climbing prices... For example the merchant can't edit subscriptions, only the customer can, and there were all sorts of technical issues we had that the customer support team avoided helping with...

I've been using this app about a month now. Absolutely amazing. It was super easy to set up and when I had an issue later on, they fixed my mistake VERY quickly. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Awesome app! Completely free to use. Very easy set-up too, customisation is good allowing us to make it more 'on-brand'. We have a custom theme and the app devs were on hand to install the coding for us completely free. Support is fast and provide clear resolutions. Highly recommended!

I recently updated my website to a new theme and ran into a snag with a subscription product not being able to be added to the cart. I reached out to support and the issue was fixed in minutes. Incredibly responsive (thank you again, Leo!). I've been using the app for a little over a year now and it has been easy to work with and seems really integrated with the Shopify platform as a whole. It's been exactly what we needed to run a subscription box product on our site.

Just installed it and so far it's looking nice! Would love if customers could change the product, add another product and the quantity in their subscription in their customer portal.

A fully functional subscription app that won't add weight to your product page load times, Propel Subscriptions is exactly what we've been looking for. Their widget is lightweight and has the features we want, and most importantly it is intuitive for customer use and easy for non-tech shop owners to set up. On top of that they have a feature request/feature submission area and they really do listen and care. For example a relatively complex feature has already been added since feature requests came to be, and I know how it is when you're developing a brand new app with a punch list a mile long, so that shows real living support behind this app. Furthermore every time I've reached out with a question I've gotten instant responses from Carmi at support and I've also had access to devs without any friction at all. When it comes to support and a team that really cares the only comparable app I've experienced is Judge.Me so for those of you who use Judge.Me that will give you an idea of what I'm talking about. We're looking forward to what the future has in store with this subscription app facilitating our core growth strategy.
