I think this app is perfect for anyone who wants to show the products reviews, collect reviews, interact via question answer as well as show the questions and answer. I'm really happy to tell you about this great app. The team who run it are very knowledgeable, super helpful, and always there when I have questions. They make me feel important as a prime merchant. An overall excellent experience with this app. The Proviews app is both easy to use and install, with plenty of customisation available and documentation that helps you. If however you are in need of help, either small or large, the Simprosys team are incredibly responsive and go the extra mile to understand your issue and provide a solution. One of the best things about the Simprosys support is that they will always explain the situation and any steps that have been taken so that you fully understand, which helps you as a store owner to self serve in the future. I would highly recommend this app to store owners who wish to add product and site reviews. It's cost effective, easy to manage and provides all of the benefits of more expensive alternatives.
