I love this app and their other apps. Has been a blessing and if i ever need help they are there to help me. Also help when i have issues with any code that is there, they will help. Love that we are finally receiving reviews.

I had hope for this app when my last review app which I've used for years started getting glitchy. I can live with errors and getting help here and there, but during the 15-day trial, the entire dashboard and all my reviews disappeared and was replaced by an odd Proviews Q&A that looked like a backend interface. Their support did request for access to fix the problem at the end of the day but after 15 days, this will become a paid monthly app and for an error this big, it was hard to be confident in committing to this app for years to come. I don't really want to keep checking on an app to see if its working fine.

This is by far the best app service provider I have encountered. Their product is only $5 per month, and I have reached out to them countless times to request changes to the plugin's appearance. Each time, Milan responded promptly and made the changes quickly. Our communication reached 55 emails, and their service is truly impeccable.

I think this app is perfect for anyone who wants to show the products reviews, collect reviews, interact via question answer as well as show the questions and answer. I'm really happy to tell you about this great app. The team who run it are very knowledgeable, super helpful, and always there when I have questions. They make me feel important as a prime merchant. Highly recommended!!

I have been using Proviews for about a month and the integration has been seamless! The UI and features are far above other apps. When I had questions the team at Proviews provided excellent customer service, helping to resolve several challenges we had.
