We have worked with the Simprosys team on their Google Shopping feed app for years and we switched to Proviews from another review app because they are the only app we found that was WCAG and ADA compliant. A lot of other apps can lead to lawsuits for web accessibility. Proviews team has been quick to do all necessary updates and Meet is very hands-on in implementing the app. Using this app we increased reviews we were getting. Highly recommended.

The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

These guys are simply great. I imported all my reviews, over 700 from another app, and they helped me do this process smoothly. The customer service is the best i have ever seen in my life!

Great app to submit your reviews feed to Google Merchant Center and standout and responsive customer support, walking you through all the process. Interesting functionalities to request and show up customer reviews. A serious, professional and affordable alternative compared to the most popular review apps out there. Deserved 5 star with no doubt.

Excellent app & service. We had it installed a long time ago in two stores, and it works perfectly, with many options. We contacted customer service several times, and they always helped us accurately and quickly. This app is highly recommended.

It took a bit of time to replace Yotpo as I was looking for a more functional review app that also included a "write a review" section. When I found Proviews it hit all the requirements my store needed. With integration, I was further blown away by the service I received. The team did everything from the recommended installation to a few custom needs. Thank you Meet for all your help I has made a significant impact on the store. I would recommend this upgraded review app to anyone.

Absolutely the best app for reviews, got all the functions I needed reviews, rich snippets, Q&As, feed for google shopping, out standing support thank you for being very patient with me and my too many requests all were addressed and answered professionally I won't regret switching from stamped because it is over priced and very poor support. Highly recommended

We had recently re designed our store to be as up to date as possible with accessibility for all users. During the re design we replaced our former review partner due to their app not being compliant with accessibility issues and they did not understand how to fix it. We have worked with Milan in conjunction with the Proveiews app developers along with our web developer who specializes in web accessibility development to bring the Proview's app completely compliant and accessible for all users in our store. This was a huge W for our store and our visitors to have a review app compliant. It took a little bit of going back and forth but it was well worth it to get to the finish line. The support was tremendous. Highly recommend Milan and the team.

I wanted to create a REVIEW PAGE instead of having all of the reviews go to the specific products. This team was the ONLY team that was kind and helpful and worked with me get this done. I downloaded (and uninstalled 4 apps!) before I found this one. I WISH I would have found them first. AMAZING help desk, kind people and super patient! The reviews look great and the templates are easy to use!

Excellent app, maybe the best one for reviews. I like all apps developed by Simprosys because I trust them for my google marketing and also because of their outstanding customer support. I had to switch from Stamped.io because of the higher cost maybe 10X more than what other apps require and due to their poor support. I highly recommend this app if you want a clean, affordable, rich functions review app.

I started to use this app recently because I wanted a review app that is compatible with google shopping (SEO is a really big game changer for an online shop) I also wanted an app that can support photo reviews. I love proview so far, every piece of text is customizable, so I could translate everything manually into my shop language. (a lot of apps only support one language and can not be customized so this was amazing) The support is also incredibly fast and great. Really enjoying this app so far. I could also load all my past reviews in a CSV file which is also awesome.

All the reviews convinced me to try this app, and I was not dissapointed! I had a lot of reviews already on my website and Mr. Meet was so helpful and helped to import them and to get the app up and running. And now my customers can also leave picture reviews, which I'm so excited about. The app looks so nice on my website, and I love the question/answer section (I already had the app from this same developer, and was also assisted to migrate all the questions into the review section!) so so happy! get this app, you won't regret it!
