Vijaya is so helpful and clear and quick

So far, so good! I'm still new to the app so I'm waiting to see how my customers respond, but as far as useability it was so easy to setup! Many Shopify apps I've had to read the instructions for use, but Pumper Bundles was so user-friendly. I had my first offer setup within 10 minutes. It seamlessly integrated with my store and I had Dinesh help me with verifying that it was working with my website. It's Sunday and they let me know customer service is slower on Sunday. Dinesh was wonderful and very encouraging. I'm on the free plan right now, but I hope to soon expand to a paid plan. Fingers crossed! Great service.

Pumper has been amazing at increasing my AOV without me having to do any heavy lifting. I wish I plugged it in right from the beginning! It gives customers a great incentive to double their order volume & has been super helpful managing wholesale customer orders as well as I set that up through here too, so doubly helpful! Support is very good and this app offers multiple things in very reasonable rates. Vijaya guided me to setup the app correctly.

I was searching for a bundle app that could integrate with more store sales and reviews so it could show the compare-at-price as well as the sale price on each item in the bundle. I was finding many apps I tried were not able to do this and could only show either the compare-at-price OR the sale price. Pumper Bundles does do this and I was happy to have found it. What's more is it also shows your product reviews on the items listed in the bundle which is an extra touch that helps with sales. I was onboarded quickly with the help of Gourav who was very responsive and took time to understand what i needed and answer all my questions. I would certainly recommend this app, they have a free plan but also a very generous starter plan for $9.99 per month that allows you to generate up to $1000 revenue a month through the bundles, a lot cheaper than alternatives out there, some of which do not display the items in the same way in the bundle. I defiantly recommend this app to anyone looking for a more simply bundle solution that you can get up and running in now time and is cost effective!
