I had an issue with setting the subscription option as default, and the Pumper support team was extremely fast and helpful. Special thanks to Najmus, who personally handled my case and provided a clear, quick solution. Communication was excellent, and I really felt my problem was treated as a priority. Highly recommend both the app and the support team — very professional and dedicated!

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Despite reaching out for support, the issues I mentioned were not resolved. The support team’s knowledge is very limited, and they couldn't fix the problem I was facing. In fact, my store content was altered without my consent. The promises made by the app and the support team were not fulfilled. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, as they were unable to add the features I requested and left my store in a worse state than before.
