The issue has been resolved. My experience with Puppet Vendor's multi-vendor marketplace service has been mixed. Initially, the platform was invaluable as we expanded our business and onboarded more vendors. It streamlined our operations, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. However, over the past three weeks, we have faced serious issues. The system has been running very slow, preventing our vendors from accessing the portal and severely hampering our ability to fulfill customer orders promptly. Despite ongoing communication with Puppet Vendor's support team, the problem remains unresolved. Consequently, we are now exploring alternative vendors. While Puppet Vendor has its strengths, any new potential customers should exercise caution, especially if scalability and reliability are critical to their business.
Hi, UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. It was a user error where by the user uploaded logo size that was significantly larger than the dimension suggested by Puppet Vendors causing massive delays in load time. The PV team resized the logo for the user and fixed it. Thank you for your feedback here and sorry to hear that you have been not having the best experience so far.
