Hi Puppet Vendors Team, I hope you're doing well. I would like to kindly request that you waive the charge for my subscription. I wasn't able to use the app during this billing period, but I was still charged. I'm currently setting up my Shopify store and plan to start using Puppet Vendors in the next few weeks. I genuinely intend to become an active customer once everything is ready. As I haven't used the app yet, I would really appreciate it if you could refund or waive this charge as a one-time courtesy.
