Amazing app, fantastic features, and truly outstanding support! I recently moved to Brevo from Klaviyo, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The platform itself is amazing — it offers powerful features, and what makes it even better is the pricing model. As a small business, being charged based on actual email and web push sends (instead of subscriber count) is a huge plus! What truly stood out for me, though, was the incredible support team. I’m fairly new to email marketing and honestly a bit clueless with the technical stuff — but Brevo made everything feel easy. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sowbagya, and I can’t thank her enough. She was extremely patient, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile by handling a few steps from her end to make things smoother for me. Her support was genuine and kind — and left me feeling confident and cared for. I’m genuinely impressed by how responsive and helpful the entire Brevo team has been. Highly recommend Brevo to any small business owner looking to save money without compromising on quality or service.
