Completely useless for email marketing unless you spam your customers. Brevo is pushing "performance indicators". If your marketing strategy is not to spam your customers every day, but instead only write when there's something relevant happening (eg. every 3 months), you will fail these thresholds and your account will instantly be locked. They will refuse to unlock it until you unsubscribe, at which point it magically is possible to unlock the account after all. Avoid this at all costs for email marketing and just use the default shopify app. It works just as well, and won't lock your account over made-up numbers.

It would be nice if one can connect to one's Brevo account without having to talk with support. That seems like an unnecessary step in between.

The support is among the best I've found in a Shopify app. Harish from the CX team answered every technical question in detail and with honesty — he even reproduced the issue on our store and explained exactly how the tracking works under the hood. The Shopify → Brevo sync works well (contacts, attributes and purchase data verified with real orders), and reverse sync can be controlled from settings. Worth knowing: checkout events are client-side (cookies/browser session), so abandoned cart recovery won't capture every visitor — a platform limitation to be aware of before building automations on those events. The team is transparent about it, which I appreciate.

Brevo is a awesome platform, that offers integrations with shopify, which makes much more easy to manage our newsletters and subscrivers We are using brevo for newsletter at 1 year or so, and it is easy, works wells and the support is very helpful too.

Thanks to Raul, my problem was solved within 10 minutes. The AI agent couldn't help with this issue, but Raul was fast, helpful, and fixed everything. Now everything works perfectly.
