The customer support at Brevo PushOwl is top notch!! I experienced some issues syncing - or rather understanding how it worked but Adrian stepped in and stepped up and resolved my issues straight away. Responses were always immediate, questions were always answered and issues dealt with. Extremely professional and helpful - if a company's support team are getting bad reviews - take a look at Brevo PushOwl's model - it's super!! Thank you Adrian!!!

Amazing customer support. I’m quite new to email marketing and not a developer. AI helped me create some HTML templates, but I still needed help with setting up Brevo and fixing a few issues that weren’t picked up. Anjali from the Brevo support team was incredibly helpful. She quickly identified the problems, explained the errors in my code, and guided me through the filter setup. She even made some changes to get everything working smoothly with automations. Really appreciate the support — it made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them.

I was facing some issues as I had 2 Brevo Accounts. I had the help of Harish at support and it changed my whole experience to be honest. He made a lot of work to get it to work. Really amazed by how good it went and that it solved my issue ! Thanks to him and now Brevo.Pushown is working perfectly

Big thanks to Yash for the amazing support during our migration from Klaviyo to Brevo for our Shopify store! so far so good, haven't set up any campaigns yet, but customer support were very help integrating Brevo with the Shopify Pushowl App.

hola no contraten dice que tiene un plan gratuito y te cobran aparte de que no funcionan sus campañas de sms ni las de email marketing. te contactas a soporte y te dicen que superaste los mensajes de las campañas cuando no fue asi

Tiene todo lo necesario para conectar un tienda Shopify con el sistema de email brevo, Ayuda mucho en las automatizaciones, manejo de correos y Pop ups, solo a veces se conecta o crea cuentas secundarias, pero el equipo es bastante amable en resolver esos temas.
