Sehr einfacher Prozess und guter KI Kundenassistent. Wenn es trotz KI Bots nicht weitergeht mit der Aushilfe, dann wendet sich ein Mitarbeiter/in (in meinem Fall Raul, super unkompliziert) und erledigt dein Anliegen.

Perfect support

Had a small issue related with the account and was not expecting it to be resolved within minute's. As shopify app company's cx team is not always available. Anjali from brevo did a great job by reverting andresolving the issue in no time. Issue was resolved and my business is back in track now. I would highly recommend everyone to use this application and give some credits to ANJALI for her quick response and early resolution attitude. Cheers to brevo....

Setting up automated push notifications is simple, and it gives us another effective way to reconnect with shoppers without relying entirely on email or paid ads. The abandoned cart and browse abandonment automations are especially helpful for bringing interested customers back.

Brevo is great, however, I want to specifically have Raul who I spoke with on chat to be "recognized" as he was absolutely incredible!!! I'm so grateful I spoke with him prior to Brevo as he was professional, communicative, had answers to ALL my questions, which were a lot. Thank you Brevo and more importantly, thank you Raul!!!
