Piyush was extremely helpful in getting everything integrated properly for me once I ran into issues. I'm still new with the app, but I'm finding so many of these are not layman user friendly which is creating a lot of frustration for me.

Its my second time dealing with Brevo Customer Service. its rare to find customer service who are able to solve your issues in the clean and straight forward manner which i appreciate a lot. i get my problem solved in the fastest way possible and that is a big big help. would love to especially highlight Anjali for her patience and support :)

I used to have Klaviyo for email marketing, but then I switched to Brevo. Everything looks okay so far. But one thing really bothers me - there is not font size option in Opt-in form editor. This is the basic thing in every content editor, but not here. The app was launched in 2017, but this feature is still not developed. It is weird that no user complaints about it. *** UPDATE *** After my initiate review they immediately added the text size feature to opt-in form. This is increadible. I have never experienced something like this. So, I have changed the stars from 3 to 5. Hands down!
Thank you for pushing us to be better! While PushOwl has been a staple for years, our Form Builder is a newer addition from last year. We’ve taken your input seriously and fast-tracked a major update yesterday that now includes full font and size customization. Thank you for helping us prioritize the features that matter most to your business!

Raul was great! He was super quick to respond and very helpful. Even though the specific feature I needed (A/B testing for Webpush Automations) isn't available yet, he clarified everything and made sure my feedback was passed to the team. Appreciate the transparency and the quick help!

Really effective help today. In a few seconds I had a how to video (loom). I added a question and hop, everything was done. less than 5 min. Perfect. Thank you

Asistencia ágil y profesional, se agradece tener ese acompañamiento en las fases iniciales de configuración. Creo que es clave que hayan personas en el soporte con las que sea fácil contactar y además en tu propio idioma. Se preocupan en que la configuración sea la adecuada y te ayudan a ello.
