Very Kind and actually Helping Support. Thanks to Yash for Helping us fix some Problems and looking this up deeply with us. He made it absolutley stress-free and explained everything very well and detailed. This was tbh the best support experience we had, because they know their Product and how to work with it !

I am not as computer-savvy as I'd like to be, but have to dive in to get on with my work. Piyush in customer service was a total hero - so patient when I was tearing my hair out. It took a few attempts, but am up and running and couldn't thank Piyush enough. Also want to add - was with Mailchimp at first, who blocked me for a violation, then wouldn't help me sort it out - which then caused extra working out with PushOwl/Brevo. Needless to say I cancelled my account with Mailchimp - they obviously don't need any business.

Their support system is excellent, Raul has helped me with most of my queries promptly. The only Drawback is at present they dont have top up plans to add more impression, if you run out of impression. I hope they add it soon

I came into the chat confused an lost, Chatting with Raul was like talking to a friend. I was open and honest about my issue, Raul supported me with practical and straightforward information. I was ready to leave Brevo, but after chatting with Raul, I decided to stayed and give Push Owl another try. Thank you Brevo for hiring competent solution focused customer service. means a ton when we are lost!

With this application, all your Shopify customers are added to a list in your Brevo account. You are then free to contact them by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. It's great !
