The app is full featured with Web Push, SMS, and Email. It is very easy to setup and configure so you can be ready to launch your first push campaign in a very short time. I also like the ability to seamlessly integrate all channels (web, email, SMS) so you can reach your customers anywhere. PushOwl/Brevo has amazing support. Harish answered all of my questions quickly while I was setting up the app and was extremely helpful..

We migrated from another service over to Push Owl and we so happy we did. The service has been nothing short of spectacular. We are easily able to contact the team with any question, no matter how big or small. The system itself has not been difficult to learn how to use. Very impressed.

Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und geht gezielt auf Probleme ein. Man muss sich anfangs etwas intensiver mit der Plattform beschäftigen, da sie strenger aufgebaut ist als viele andere Tools – aber genau das macht sie so stark in Sachen DSGVO und Zustellbarkeit. Am Anfang kann es etwas überfordernd wirken, doch mit der Zeit merkt man, dass diese Struktur wirklich hilft, saubere und sichere Kampagnen zu führen. Deutlich besser als andere Anbieter, bei denen man unbewusst Risiken eingeht und dadurch von Google oder anderen Diensten abgestraft wird. Tipp: Haltet eure Kundenstämme sauber, dann gibt es auch keine Probleme.

Did not generate any leads and charged my €60 for something in the last month AFTER i had uninstalled it - AVOID

Do not switch to BREVO SMS, if you come from Yotpo like I did, it's a big scam, they give you a lot of credits, and you believe you are paying top price for SMS while in reality you don't, i made a terrible mistake of moving and paying a yearly upfront price. Plus they are making it super difficult to see what you spend and what was the ROAS associated with it. Never again
