I had some issues/concerns with the Uppush Abandoned Cart Recovery App on my website wisdomistimeless.com, for my online store JAMILLIAH'S WISDOM IS TIMELESS SHOP. I reached out to them through their chat. Leo, with customer support, responded to me quickly, addressed all of my concerns, and was very helpful! As a result, I recommend this App.

Just getting UpPush integrated into our abandoned cart flow, but the real time chat support from Ethan has been impressive and extremely timely.

It was surprisingly easy and seems to be working well and if I believe the report the $12.99 a month I'm paying for it it just made $89 in sales within the first month of using it and as it hasn't been going very long, and it's one of those products that does better as it goes, we will havevto see how much better it can do than it already has. But so far it exceeded my expectations and if I had to add anything beyond the product is great I would say and the support is absolutely fantastic.. so far if they don't keep up the excellent above and beyond support work that they've been providing well I'll come back here and we'll revisit this five-star review.

While I'm a new Uppush user I am impressed by the clear and timely response the Chat support gives which is solution based. If a solution cannot be given at the time of Chat the Chat researches a solution and provides a solution in a manageable time frame.

Leo from UPpush support did an excellent job helping me connect my domain. He clearly explained the DNS setup, monitored the entire process, and confirmed when everything was working successfully. Highly recommend!
