This app charges hidden fees. Surprise!

We are sorry to hear about your misunderstanding with our app. Please note that our app charges based on usage, which is the most transparent and beneficial method of charging for email marketing customers in the market. The charging method is extremely simple and transparent on both Shopify Apps Store, In-app and our app introduction page. So there are absolutely no hidden fees. Our customer service is also always ready to listen to all your requests and wishes. Wishing you and your business all the best.

This app does two things which I think are classic poor behaviour for an online busines. 1. It claims sales for Uppush that do not originate from Uppush. 2. It makes cancelling difficult to find, and you need to contact support to find out that you need to select the Free plan, in order to cancel the Paid plan. Waste of your (Uppush CS) time and mine.
