Great app. It has (basically) everything that's needed (pop-up, abandoned page/cart/checkout email automations, and email campaigns). The templates are customizable and you can easily make them look good. For the campaigns you can just use customer segments that you create directly in Shopify. And the pricing is very reasonable and transparent

So far so good. First contact with Bonnie was great and received a quick response to my initial questions, and subsequently modified their app at no cost when I needed an additional feature. Since installing I have had first rate support from Leo within the App, quickly attending to minor setup issues and further questions. 100% recommended.

I’ve tested many software programs, including Klaviyo (which costs around $80, if I remember correctly), but only this one meets my expectations. I plan to use it long-term. The price is reasonable, and the service is professional. Leo is very patient, knowledgeable, and solves problems promptly. If the boss doesn’t give Leo a bonus, they must be blind.
