Really like the way this app captures the data and then automates the whole customer journey. The customer service is very proactive and resolves the issues quickly. Recommend this to all the new businesses on shopify.

I think so many of these apps are designed by tech heads and not really for the layman to understand however the support staff are really good and with their help navigation becomes a lot easier, so please reach out and ask the questions, their response is first rate.

So far a great app! I love how easy it is to set up and the features give lots of bang for the buck! I love that they offer a discount on premium too!! Fast customer service response, even on the weekend!
