I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay!
